Editorial Policy

Editorial Policy

Peptides Canada publishes Canadian-focused educational content about peptides, GLP-1 medications, clinical research and related health topics. This policy explains how we select, write, review and update that content.

Our Editorial Goal

Our goal is to give readers clear information that reflects the strength of the available evidence. We distinguish between approved medical uses, human clinical evidence, early-stage research and claims that have not been established.

Sources We Prioritize

We give preference to primary and authoritative sources. These may include peer-reviewed studies, registered clinical trials, systematic reviews, Canadian government and regulatory information, product monographs, professional medical guidance and major academic or medical institutions.

When discussing Canadian availability or regulatory status, we seek Canadian sources where possible.

How Content Is Prepared

Articles are organized around the questions readers commonly ask: what the substance is, how it works, what researchers are studying, what human evidence exists, safety considerations and its Canadian context.

We avoid presenting preliminary findings as established medical facts. Research findings are described according to the type and quality of evidence available.

Medical Review and Accuracy

Health information can change. We review content for factual accuracy and source quality and update pages when new evidence, clinical guidance or Canadian regulatory information materially changes the topic.

Where an article has undergone a named medical or professional review, that review should be identified on the page. We do not imply medical review when one has not occurred.

Corrections

If we identify a material factual error, we aim to correct it promptly. Readers can report possible errors through our Contact page.

Commercial Independence

Editorial information should not be changed to make a peptide, medication, clinic or provider appear more effective or safer than the evidence supports. Provider listings, advertising, referral relationships or other commercial arrangements do not determine the scientific conclusions presented in our educational content.

Artificial Intelligence and Editorial Tools

Digital tools may assist with research organization, editing or content production. Published health content remains subject to editorial checks for accuracy, clarity, source quality and Canadian relevance.

Scope of Our Content

Peptides Canada provides general educational information. Our articles do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
